BIG And FACEIT Join Forces For EU’s GoBIG League
BIG and FACEIT struck one of the biggest and groundbreaking partnerships in CS:GO. BIG, a successful German esports organization, partnered with FACEIT, the leading competitive gaming platform for online multiplayer games, to offer a circuit of in-house leagues to players in the DACH region.
The circuit, called GoBIG League, will be a new CS:GO program for players in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria registered on FACEIT. As a region-exclusive program, it aims to give both professional and non-professional CS:GO communities a new competitive experience, a chance to join a level-based competitive environment, and an opportunity to play with like-minded players in a private and fully-moderated environment. More than that, since the league is expected to feature some of the best match-ups between the best teams in the globe, Bitcoin sportsbooks will surely have the match odds available for you to bet on.
Players at grassroots level who aren’t allowed to compete in minor and major CS:GO regional leagues now have a chance to compete in Faceit’s FPL Circuit. The highest tier of the regional competition will be directly connected to the EU FPL Circuit.
The program will feature four in-house leagues based on FACEIT Hubs. Four sets of players with four different skill levels will compete in monthly competitions, starting from grassroots to semi-professional and professional players. Participating players can improve their gameplay and win prizes along the way.
GoBIG League will be spearheaded by Cristian Duca, Partnerships Manager at FACEIT and Christian Chmiel, Head of Partnerships at BIG.
“This partnership is a fantastic example of how brands and esports organisations can leverage the FACEIT platform tools to connect and engage more with players and fans by providing unique and fresh propositions based on PLAY. BIG is an organisation that has been particularly successful within the CS:GO ecosystem and we’re looking forward to working on this project together, fully aligned on bringing to the community something new and special,” said Cristian Duca in a press release.
“For us at BIG, reinvesting in the DACH scene and helping nurture future talent has been part of our mission since our formation. Through the GoBIG League, we will be able to encourage proper and sustainable competition by investing in the platform and regularly giving away valuable incentives and prizes,” said Christian Chmiel.
GoBIG league is now open for sponsors and other partners that want to help the CS:GO European community reach greater heights. The league offers various promotional capacities within Europe, which can easily tap into the CS:GO Bitcoin betting circle due to its great potential.
